A Covenant of Commitment: No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

At Distinguished Women Ministries, every service, consultation, and program is more than a transaction — it is a spiritual investment. We serve with excellence, intention, and preparation under divine guidance, and we ask each client and participant to partner with us in that same spirit of commitment.

Accordingly, all payments — including security deposits and final balances — are non-refundable. This policy is enforced to protect the integrity of our mission, uphold fairness, and ensure the smooth administration of our faith-based operations.

🧾 Security Deposits: A Sign of Intentionality

To reserve your space for consultations, programs, or specialized sessions, we may require a non-refundable security deposit. This deposit is a symbol of honor and intent, confirming that you are serious about the appointment and respecting the time set aside exclusively for you.

Why Deposits Are Non-Refundable:

  • Your appointment time is blocked off and prepared with prayer, strategy, and planning in advance.

  • Administrative and scheduling processes begin immediately upon booking.

  • When a client cancels or withdraws, that time cannot be offered to someone else at short notice.

Your deposit is not simply a fee — it is a declaration that you value what is being sown into your spiritual and personal development.

💳 Final Payments: Non-Refundable with Limited Exceptions

Final payments for consultations, sessions, courses, and event access are also non-refundable, unless a written request is submitted within 48 hours of booking.

Why?

  • Our offerings often involve spiritual preparation, customized materials, or limited capacity.

  • Immediate access to digital content, intellectual resources, or sacred teachings begins once payment is confirmed.

  • We invest time, energy, and prayer into your experience — long before you “arrive.”

⏳ Exception Window:
If you submit a written cancellation request within 48 hours of your booking, and no materials or services have yet been rendered, a refund may be reviewed at our discretion.

After this window, all sales are final.

❌ No Refunds for No-Shows or Late Cancellations

Missed sessions, same-day cancellations, or failure to attend booked events will not be refunded or credited. This is not a penalty, but a principle: every moment we offer is intentionally given, and we honor that sacred exchange with firm boundaries.

🔄 Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a one-on-one service, you may do so at least 48 hours in advance.


Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing by contacting drlizzie@distinguishedwomanministries.org.

⚠️ Chargebacks & Unauthorized Disputes

Submitting a chargeback without contacting us is a violation of our terms and will be actively disputed. All transactions are processed with your agreement to this clearly stated policy. We document all communications, booking confirmations, and deliverables.
