At Distinguished Women Ministries, we are committed to delivering high-quality services, materials, and experiences that are purpose-driven, faith-centered, and professionally executed. Due to the time, preparation, and customization required for our offerings, the following strict refund policy applies to all purchases and bookings.

🔒 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our services—including but not limited to workshops, coaching sessions, digital products, devotionals, books, and event registrations—all sales are final and non-refundable. This policy is in place to recognize the time, content creation, and administrative effort required to deliver excellent service to each client.

⚠️ Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:

Failure to attend a scheduled session (live or virtual)

Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts

Digital product downloads (once accessed or delivered)

Workshop reservations or event seats (once booked)

Physical items (books, journals, etc.) unless damaged upon delivery

📅 Rescheduling Policy (for 1:1 sessions):

Clients may reschedule a private consultation with at least 48 hours’ notice. A one-time reschedule is permitted per booking. Failure to provide advance notice will result in forfeiture of the session with no refund.

📦 Damaged or Defective Products:

If your physical item (book, journal, etc.) arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery with clear photo documentation and order details. Upon review, we may issue a replacement at our discretion. Replacements are not guaranteed beyond this window.

📝 Cancellations (Workshops or Group Events):

Workshop and group event bookings are non-refundable. In the rare case of an event cancellation initiated by our team, clients will be offered a rescheduled date or store credit at our sole discretion.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without following the proper communication protocol may result in the termination of access to future offerings and violates the terms of service.

1. Services Offered

We provide professional etiquette consulting, educational development, ministry leadership programs, digital and physical products, one-on-one coaching, and group workshops. Services may be delivered in person or virtually.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed through the appropriate scheduling system or in writing.

Payment must be made in full prior to receiving services unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards, PayPal, and other platforms, as noted on our website.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, digital products, or event registrations.

One-time rescheduling of private sessions is allowed with 48 hours’ notice.

If a product arrives damaged, clients must contact us within 5 business days with proof to be considered for a replacement.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, guides, video content, and written works are the intellectual property of Dr. Dinah Elizabeth (Lizzie) Akridge. They may not be copied, redistributed, or altered without express written consent.

5. Confidentiality

All private sessions are conducted in a confidential manner. Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared materials, conversations, and proprietary content.

6. Behavior & Ethics

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual demonstrating disrespectful, disruptive, or unethical behavior. This includes violations of community conduct, harassment, or breach of Christian values in shared spaces.

7. Digital Content Delivery

For digital products, clients are responsible for securing and downloading files upon purchase. Elite Etiquette is not liable for the loss of files due to user error, expired links, or technical issues beyond our control.

8. Disclaimer

Our services are educational, faith-based (meaning biblically based using KJV, NKJV, AMP versions of the Bible only), and consultative in nature. While they may offer personal and professional transformation, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Clients are responsible for applying the guidance provided.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Using and/or continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
